Orders and availability

By placing an order, you ask us to supply the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you where practical and arrange an appropriate refund for any unavailable item.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe and price products accurately. Some products are sold by approximate weight or have stated weight ranges; reasonable variations may occur. Product images are illustrative. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, subject to any clearly stated delivery charge.

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection options, availability and any charges are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and for ensuring someone can receive a delivery where required. After delivery or collection, please follow product labelling and store food safely.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Perishable food is not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund once supplied, but your statutory rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.
